In 2018, I partnered with Nicolas Daniel to submit a one minute long projection mapping to the Minutes Mapping open call of MAPP_MTL , Montreal’s international projection mapping festival.
Together, we created visuals with THREE.js in WebGL synchronized on a special shortened version of the song Airport by Ashku. Submissions were required to have on-stage choreography, but it didn’t take long to realize we were no choreographers and we settled on a very complex series of movements and focused on the visuals.
We presented the project in a public event taking place at Society for Arts and Technology in downtown Montréal.
